WARRANTY

Warranty Rules:

The 5-year warranty is only valid if the fixtures are used exclusively with the in-lite cables, transformer, and Easy-Lock connectors. Mixing third party components into the system completely voids the warranty.

What is covered: construction defects, housing materials, built-in LED boards, and integrated hardware.

What is excluded: replaceable “retrofit” bulbs or light sources from other brands. Stated LED burning hours (e.g., the 25,000-hour lifespan estimation) are not legally guaranteed under the physical warranty terms.

Claims Handling: if a LIV fixture fails within 5 years, In-Lite will repair or replace it with a new fixture. If that specific model or finish is discontinued, they will provide a substitute alternative.
